  • Walk Windows - Your walk starts within the chosen walk window, but the exact arrival time can change throughout the day.

  • Communication Portal - The conversation feed is your go-to spot for most communications. It features both public and private sections, allowing you to directly interact with our management team when needed.

  • Requesting Services - To make reservations, simply use the scheduling button on Time to Pet. For any adjustments or cancellations, the change/cancel button is at your service. All services are subject to availability.

  • Your Protection - Zen Dog Walking is licensed in Washington State; bonded and insured through Kennel Pro.

  • Hiring Process - Prior to being hired, all staff members undergo a rigorous reference and background check, as well as ongoing monitoring through regular walk audits.

  • Group Walks and Dog Parks - Due to risk and liability, we do not do group walks or dog park visits. Buddy walks may be available at a discount.

  • Automation - Monthly auto-pay is available, just ask. Automatic monthly scheduling is also available by request.

  • Overnights

    • Booking is available online and requires 4-6 weeks' advance notice, with up to 2-3 months in advance for major holidays.

    • Arrival and departure times are flexible, accommodating special needs for feeding or medications.

    • Follow-up walks may be added based on your return time to ensure your pet isn’t alone for more than 6 hours.

    • Overnights over holidays incur a flat $25 charge.
